Our secure shopping cart not only is equipped for credit card orders, it can
also help speed your telephone or mail order.
All Orders: Click on the Add to Order button each time you'd like to make a purchase. A window
will appear with the addition of each item, allowing you to make changes in
the number of items purchased. In some instances, there will be a drop-down menu
asking for your selection (example: baseplates). You can then choose to continue
shopping or checkout. On some items, you will notice information spaces for
you to record Trap Brand, Size & Jaw Type and for Spring Pin Width when ordering
Jaw Additions or Spring Kits. For each new customer, a window will appear asking
for your zip code. This enables us to charge sales tax for Ohio residents.
Please include your e-mail address with all orders so we may contact you if needed.

Credit Card Orders: Upon viewing the Checkout window, you can choose to pay your order by Visa or MasterCard.
A secure window will appear in which to record your information. We process
our own credit cards, so there is no "middle man" or hidden charges.
Mail Orders: Simply use the cart as you would with a credit card, clicking the Add to Order button
for each item you'd like to purchase. Upon Checkout, choose the Pay By Mail
option. Your order will be on file at our office awaiting payment by credit
card, check or money order.
Telephone Orders: Again, use the cart as you would with a credit card. Upon checkout, choose the Pay
by Phone option. Your order will be on file at our office awaiting your call
to give us credit card information. Please place telephone orders only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,
EST.
Shipping Charges: Some of our items require actual shipping payment. If you would like to know the additional shipping charges prior to shipping, please
request a quote in the comment section, call or e-mail us. If paying by mail, be sure to check with us regarding shipping charges prior to sending your payment. Any shipping charges
applied for books or videos will be deducted from your order. Alaska, Canada, and all other International customers will have actual shipping charges
applied and shall disregard the shipping charges that are shown with your
order. If you would like to know those charges, please request a quote in the
comment section, call or e-mail us. Shipping and handling charges are based upon order size.
